Allan has been a chef for many years working around the UK and overseas for some highly acclaimed chefs including Raymond Blanc and Nick Nairn. He has also headed some of Glasgow's best restaurants.

Since moving to the Highlands he helped to develop the new eatery Ord Ban in to a local gem, before embarking on the private dining scene.

I have a good knowledge of local food, and a strong relationship with quality producers who share my passion for getting their food to the audience it deserves.
