Ellie has been assistant manager at Ord Ban Restaurant which provides a superb service to it patrons, she has now decided to put her energy into One Pot Borrowed so that they can take the business further. She has also worked at several well established restaurants in Glasgow. 

Beyond her hospitality skills, Ellie is involved in the Creative Cairngorms art society which exhibits her paintings, handmade cards and jewellery, along with other local artists in the national park.

Making people smile from the presentation, the scent and the freshness of Allan's food is important, attention to detail is foremost and the reason we wanted to create One Pot Borrowed.
